Baroque - Famous before their time
Baroque was formed in the heady days of the 60s by Jim Morley (guitar) Richard Peel (Drums) Richard Birbeck (Vocals) and Keith Day (bass), at Boston Grammar School, and all boys school, and the band was formed with the express intention of getting to know members of the opposite what sit. of which they knew little. The whole thing was like a rural Spinal Tap, including getting into debt to the tune of £16 too buy a bass rig, getting banned from the Angel at Wrtangle for hitting a table with drum sticks, and nailing the drums to the floor at Abbey Lodge. The band broke up due to geographical reasons in 1973, when 2 members went to college.
After an insane lay off, the band met up around 10 years ago, and were eventually persuaded to come out of retirement in 2013, and were so successful, if the pacemakers keep going, will repeat the folly in 2014
